  These employees have the most patience ever. I have a dog that has unique measurements, and to get the perfect fitting harness, we had to try on a number of products before getting to the right one. Customer service was brilliant. Also their product knowledge is impressive. The store itself is a little cramped and the products are at the higher end of the scale, but all in all, it was a great shopping experience. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars, is that they sell puppies, and I'm not a fan of pet stores selling puppies.
